Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels
• Build influencer, newsletter, podcast, and partnership channels for a technical audience
• Understand the ICP by analyzing customer feedback and usage data
• Manage agencies by writing briefs, reviewing work, and driving outcomes
• Optimize the full user journey from ads to landing pages to product experience
• Demo the product to translate technical capabilities into customer value
• Run fast experiments and iterate based on performance data

Requirements

• Proven experience in paid acquisition managing significant ad spend
• Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, and attribution models
• Strong taste for developer tools and understanding of technical audience psychology
• Ability to manage and hold vendors/agencies accountable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent copywriting skills for briefs, landing pages, and campaign notes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event marketing, sponsored booths, or meetups
• Familiarity with the AI and agent ecosystem
• Experience briefing creators for UGC or technical influencer campaigns
• Ability to pull and analyze your own data
