About the role
Responsibilities
- Own paid performance across search and social from strategy through daily execution and optimization
- Manage spend against pipeline and efficiency targets and make allocation calls
- Own web conversion rate optimization across landing pages and on-site experience
- Drive backlinking and earned-visibility strategies to build domain authority
- Support ABM programs with personalized targeting and experimental optimization
- Manage organic social across company pages and executive amplification
- Collaborate with Content Marketing to run in-house PR programs and press releases
- Track and report on performance, social, and PR metrics using a clear measurement framework
- Utilize GTM stack including HubSpot, Clay, Common Room, 6sense, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
Requirements
- 5-7 years in growth, performance, or social marketing
- Hands-on experience owning paid channels and managing spend
- Data-first, experiment-based mentality with strong hypothesis testing skills
- AI-first approach using tools like Claude and Codex to automate and scale output
- Expertise in web CRO and earned-visibility tactics like backlinking
- Experience running in-house PR with strong writing and news sense
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Clay, Common Room, 6sense, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Scrunch, and Ahrefs
- Strong project management and communication skills
