BestEx Research is an award-winning financial technology and research firm specializing in building sophisticated execution algorithms and transaction cost modeling tools servicing multiple asset classes. The firm provides its services to performance-demanding hedge funds, CTAs, asset managers, and banks through a traditional electronic broker and in a broker-neutral Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data within HubSpot, including contact records, pipelines, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Support the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email programs and social media operations
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders
• Standardize and improve marketing and reporting workflows using automation and AI-enabled solutions
• Support website and digital marketing operations, including content updates, SEO tracking, and Google Analytics analysis

Requirements

• MBA or PGDBM in Marketing
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in B2B marketing
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot email marketing and dashboard building
• Proficiency with Webflow and Figma
• Experience with Google Analytics and SEO fundamentals
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field
• Experience in the fintech industry
