August is building the autopilot for legal services, aiming to make high-quality legal work accessible and affordable through AI. We are a lean, in-person team based in New York City, backed by leading investors and focused on automating complex knowledge work.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM stack by connecting and optimizing tools across marketing and sales
• Build AI-powered workflows including GPTs for ad copy and agents for segmentation
• Ship growth experiments fast using no-code tools like Retool, Bubble, or Zapier
• Automate repetitive tasks such as campaign QA, reporting, and lead enrichment
• Build and scale performance channels including paid search, retargeting, and SEO
• Support PLG motion through landing page optimization and conversion funnels
• Run outbound campaigns by building optimized segmentation and sequencing systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and data science teams

Requirements

• Technical fluency in Zapier, Make, Python, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, and webhooks
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, automation, and experimentation
• Knowledge of modern GTM tooling like HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, or Clay
• Strong product and design sense regarding UX and scope tradeoffs
• Ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently
• Experience with no-code tools like Retool or Framer

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in B2B SaaS teams
• Experience building PLG funnels or self-serve acquisition from scratch
• Expertise in SEO and conversion optimization
• Experience shipping AI-powered marketing tools or internal agents
