Responsibilities

• Drive Conversion Growth by owning CRO across paid acquisition journeys, landing pages, and the marketing website
• Lead the experimentation programme from hypothesis generation to implementation and analysis
• Own the performance of high-intent website experiences including pricing, competitor, and solution pages
• Partner with Performance Marketing to improve message-to-landing-page fit across ads and keywords
• Collaborate with Studio, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing teams to deliver high-quality experiments and campaigns

Requirements

• Proven track record in CRO and improving conversion across websites
• Experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests
• Strong commercial and creative judgement regarding messaging and conversion psychology
• Understanding of paid acquisition funnels and how targeting interacts with on-site experiences
• Analytical fluency with tools for analytics, heatmapping, and session replay
• High ownership and ability to work cross-functionally
