Growth Marketing Manager, ASO

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the ASO roadmap, including a robust A/B testing schedule for live service titles.
• Execute semantic optimization and utilize generative AI tools to scale metadata creation and localization.
• Lead end-to-end storefront operations across iOS, Google Play, Epic, and Steam.
• Collaborate with Creative Services to brief and iterate on high-impact assets like icons and screenshots.
• Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) ASO strategies for new game launches and soft launch testing.
• Advise on platform best practices for App Event Cards to optimize performance.
• Monitor ASO KPIs (Impressions, Page Views, Downloads, CVR) and provide regular performance recaps to stakeholders.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-impact optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Data Science to build growth models and evaluate the business impact of storefront optimizations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Growth Marketing and ASO within the mobile gaming industry.
• Deep knowledge of modern app store algorithms, including Apple's NLP and Google’s AI-organized search.
• Proficiency in AI-specific ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak) and LLMs for workflow efficiency.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to forecast install impact.
• Proven project management skills for managing high-volume storefront setups across multiple platforms.
