Growth Marketing Lead, SME

Responsibilities

• Own SME acquisition across paid search, paid social, retargeting and database activation
• Build a sharp view of acquisition performance across CAC, lead quality, sign-ups, conversion and sales handoff
• Run a focused test-and-learn programme across ads, landing pages, journeys, creative and sales handoff
• Work with Product Marketing and Product to sharpen the SME proposition
• Partner with Sales, Lifecycle and CRM to ensure acquisition activity feeds strong demand
• Use AI actively across analysis, creative production, insight and workflow

Requirements

• Previous B2B marketplace, subscription, SaaS or product-led growth experience
• Track record of improving conversion, activation and sales outcomes
• Strong commercial instincts regarding CAC, LTV, cohorts and payback
• Experience running end-to-end test-and-learn programmes
• Proficiency with AI tools for analysis, creative development, and research
• Comfort using tools like GA4, Looker, or Amplitude
