Growth Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale growth channels end to end, including paid social, YouTube, organic social, influencer, and affiliate plays
• Manage creative strategy, targeting, testing, and optimization, treating creative as a primary growth lever
• Build acquisition playbooks for tech-forward small businesses at scale
• Own key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, and payback targets
• Partner with and mentor the Growth Associate on acquisition and lifecycle marketing
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize the funnel
• Develop reliable attribution models to measure pipeline drivers
• Integrate AI tools into workflows to accelerate ad concept iteration and reporting

Requirements

• 4-6+ years in growth or performance marketing with hands-on budget ownership
• Proven track record of hitting growth targets and decomposing complex metrics
• Strong creative instincts, particularly regarding video and ad hooks
• Full-funnel marketing fluency from awareness to conversion
• High level of CAC discipline and budget management
• Genuine fluency with AI tools integrated into daily workflows
• High agency, low ego, and clear communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing to founders, startups, or SMBs
• Fintech or banking industry literacy
• Experience scaling a channel from initial testing to significant spend
• Experience with founder-led and UGC content systems
