Responsibilities

• Own Garage’s paid acquisition strategy and execution across paid social, paid search, and emerging channels
• Scale acquisition efficiently by balancing growth, CAC, and overall marketplace health
• Develop hypotheses, test, and iterate on landing pages, conversion rate tests, and creative performance
• Measure incrementality, multi-touch attribution, and test design to drive revenue growth
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to unlock growth opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 4+ years owning meaningful paid acquisition budgets in a high-growth startup or technology company
• Demonstrated success scaling paid social and search programs while maintaining efficiency
• T-Shaped expertise: deep in paid media with versatility in CRO, partnerships, or web experiments
• Strong creative instincts to direct high-velocity creative testing
• Ability to thrive as a player-coach on a small team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling marketplace businesses
• Experience building and scaling accounts from scratch
