Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution across Search, Paid Social (LinkedIn/Meta), Twitter/X, and newsletter sponsorships
- Manage substantial budgets with a focus on unit economics, LTV:CAC, and payback periods
- Partner with Engineering to build attribution and a data-forward culture
- Own SEO strategy and content distribution to drive organic acquisition
- Build and optimize email and lifecycle flows to convert and retain users
- Experiment with PLG motions including free trials, freemium, and in-product referral loops
- Lead a small team of growth marketers and creative specialists
- Work on-site in the Palo Alto office to tighten the feedback loop between acquisition and product
Requirements
- 6+ years in Performance Marketing with a track record of scaling B2B or Prosumer SaaS from $0 to $10M+ ARR
- Experience managing high-performing teams or agencies
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools
- Understanding of the AI landscape and use of LLMs for workflow optimization
- Ability to work on-site in Palo Alto, CA
