Growth Marketing Lead, Lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Build and scale owned channels including email, SMS, and push for both sides of the marketplace
• Architect programs to convert new users into transacting customers
• Build referral, affiliate, and advocacy programs to turn customers into advocates
• Map user journeys to drive repeat transactions and re-engage customers post-sale
• Use lifecycle programs to balance supply and demand and improve marketplace liquidity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 4+ years of experience owning lifecycle marketing in a high-growth company
• Hands-on experience building and scaling lifecycle programs
• Proficiency with Customer.io or similar lifecycle automation platforms
• Ability to co-design systems with engineering and spec out events/triggers
• Analytical rigor for testing and iterating quickly
• Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, early-stage environment
