Responsibilities

• Define and own brand narrative, positioning, and messaging across all channels
• Own top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel metrics and report directly to the CEO
• Manage AEO and SEO performance to drive platform visibility
• Plan and run paid campaigns, including brief writing and performance analysis
• Build the measurement stack including GA4, attribution modeling, and dashboards
• Build automations and workflows to multiply marketing throughput using AI tools
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the growth marketing agency partner

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or hybrid marketing roles
• Experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on technical comfort with tracking, attribution, and landing page iteration
• Deep SEO background with AEO or GEO experience
• Proven daily use of AI tools within professional workflows
• Exceptional storytelling and technical translation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an early or founding marketing hire at a high-growth startup
• Direct expertise in AEO, GEO, SEO, or AI search marketing
• Familiarity with martech or AI-native products
• Experience managing teams to clear KPIs
• Prior experience in Sales or Business Development
