Growth Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, execution, optimisation, and scaling of paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Manage and allocate budgets to maximise commercial outcomes
• Develop growth plans that balance efficiency, scale, and experimentation
• Design and execute structured experiments across targeting, creative, messaging, and landing pages
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to improve conversion and measurement infrastructure
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience owning and scaling paid acquisition in a high-growth environment
• Deep hands-on expertise across major advertising platforms, particularly Google and Meta
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes
• Highly analytical with experience in experimentation, conversion optimisation, and attribution
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
