Growth Marketing Lead

About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition strategy, budget allocation, and performance across paid search, paid social, search, lifecycle marketing, referral programs, and other growth channels
• Design and execute experiments across audiences, messaging, creative, landing pages, conversion funnels, and retention journeys
• Own growth measurement infrastructure, including attribution, reporting, and evaluation frameworks
• Develop creative strategy across acquisition channels in partnership with design and content teams
• Identify and scale new acquisition channels, growth loops, and marketing programs
• Partner with product, engineering, and GTM teams to improve activation and long-term retention
• Leverage AI and automation to improve marketing effectiveness and accelerate experimentation

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience owning measurable growth outcomes via performance, growth, or lifecycle marketing
• Strong analytical instincts regarding attribution, CAC, conversion funnels, and resource allocation
• Proven ability to build new acquisition channels or systems from scratch
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Track record of high-speed execution and goal delivery
