About the Company

Buena is building the technology that real estate runs on. We're making every part of real estate – from finding and financing to buying and managing – as seamless and transparent as possible by acquiring property managers across Germany and rebuilding them as technology companies.

Responsibilities

• Build the local growth motion to transition from word-of-mouth to scalable channels
• Design and implement the growth playbook from scratch, including channel mix and attribution stacks
• Partner with portfolio company Managing Directors to optimize lead conversion into signed contracts
• Report growth metrics directly to the VP Property Management and Leadership Team

Requirements

• Fluent German (C2 level)
• Deep performance marketing expertise with experience managing significant budgets
• Commercial mindset with ability to manage 6-figure monthly ad spends
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes from zero
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for an in-office role in Prenzlauer Berg
