Responsibilities

• Build the demand engine from scratch including ABM strategy, paid LinkedIn, Search, and B2B influencer strategy
• Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number, setting targets and tracking performance
• Run fast experiments across paid and organic channels with rigorous attribution
• Create and operate marketing performance reporting tied to customer journey KPIs
• Own the full marketing ops stack including dashboards, funnel architecture, and CRM hygiene
• Partner tightly with Sales on prospecting, account lists, and vertical targeting

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience
• Proven track record of building demand gen programs from zero to one
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and paid social campaigns
• Strong marketing ops instincts including CRM, MAP, and funnel architecture
• Deep obsession with using AI tools and LLMs for automation and leverage
• Ability to work in-person in the office 5 days a week
