Growth Marketing, Creative System and Optimization

Responsibilities

• Own the performance creative system end-to-end across paid, lifecycle, in-product, and creator/influencer channels
• Set the creative growth strategy and testing roadmap by turning product priorities into sharp hypotheses and test plans
• Translate insights into high-quality briefs for internal teams, agencies, and creators
• Build compounding learning loops to capture, codify, and reuse results
• Partner with Product & Engineering to build AI-powered creative systems including dynamic content and automated asset generation
• Raise creative velocity and signal quality through improved cycle times and consistent taxonomy
• Scale influencer-led performance creative by defining briefing, production, and measurement processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, product-led growth, growth strategy, or product marketing management
• Proven track record of scaling growth outcomes
• Hybrid creative and analytical mindset with deep intuition for platform performance
• System-builder mindset with experience designing or upgrading creative operating systems
• Expertise in performance creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Search
• High fluency in measurement, experimentation, and incrementality
• Ability to write crisp, insight-driven creative briefs
• Experience scaling creator/influencer content for performance
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration in fast-moving environments
