Growth Marketer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end conversion of partner customer bases into live Kota policies
• Develop product positioning, messaging, and in-product copy to drive sign-ups within partner platforms
• Optimize the customer journey from first impression through to successful sign-up
• Build repeatable enablement materials for partner teams, including decks and campaign scripts
• Design and execute lifecycle and re-engagement campaigns via email and retargeting
• Productize the partner launch playbook to ensure predictable ramping for new cohorts
• Instrument the growth funnel, running continuous experiments and iterating based on data

Requirements

• 4+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally as an early hire building a motion from scratch
• Expertise in product marketing, specifically positioning, messaging, and packaging
• Full-funnel experience including lifecycle marketing, email, and conversion rate optimization
• A data-driven, experimentation-led mindset with a focus on owning key metrics
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
• Resourceful, self-directed "founder energy" with a hands-on approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Fintech, Insurtech, SaaS, or B2B2C sectors
• Background in managing partner-led or embedded growth channels
