Responsibilities

• Own Delphi’s drumbeat across brand social video, product announcements, and editorial
• Turn raw inputs into high-taste, publishable assets quickly
• Build and maintain a repeatable weekly cadence and editorial calendar
• Produce short-form video end-to-end including concept, script, and editing
• Own announcement packaging including copy, structure, and assets
• Establish and enforce a clear voice and quality bar across all owned surfaces
• Package key moments into multiple outputs to ensure narratives compound

Requirements

• Strong editorial taste with expertise in hooks, structure, and writing
• Social-native understanding of content formats and trends
• Ability to transform messy source material into high-quality output rapidly
• Hands-on experience with creative execution and AI tools
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate with minimal briefs
• Ability to collaborate with product teams in a brand-sensitive environment
