Responsibilities

• Own the HubSpot marketing stack including lead scoring, workflows, automations, and reporting
• Build and operate the nurturing engine, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and sequences
• Ensure reliable end-to-end tracking and attribution from lead source to customer
• Build and ship new acquisition experiments such as AI-powered tools and programmatic approaches
• Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new acquisition levers
• Contribute to outbound acquisition through contact enrichment and auto-BDR workflows
• Optimize nurturing flows to improve lead-to-trial and Free-to-Paid conversion

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in marketing ops, RevOps, growth marketing, or marketing automation in SaaS
• CRM power user with expertise in automation, lead scoring, and workflow design (HubSpot preferred)
• Experience with tracking and attribution, UTM management, and funnel analysis
• Strong analytical skills to track funnel performance and identify bottlenecks
• AI early adopter with experience using AI tools for concrete use cases
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools like Zapier, Retool, or Make
• Fluent in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish or Italian
• Experience with Claude Code, Lovable, or similar emerging AI development tools
