Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid channels including SEA, Social Ads, Affiliates, and Media Buying
• Manage budget allocation based on CAC Payback and campaign performance
• Create and iterate on ad creatives and messaging using AI tools and design collaboration
• Optimize conversion rates across acquisition funnels through A/B testing and landing page optimization
• Co-build Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for product releases and industry key moments
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Content, and Ops teams to ensure successful launches
• Produce key deliverables such as landing pages, emails, webinars, and sales battle cards

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, product marketing, or marketing automation
• Proven track record in SaaS or tech environments with hands-on paid campaign management
• Strong project management skills for coordinating cross-functional launches
• Proficiency with tracking, attribution, and funnel analysis
• Builder mindset using low-code/no-code tools (Zapier, Webflow) and AI tools (Claude, Midjourney)
• Fluency in French and English
• Experience working across multiple markets or brands

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Spanish or Italian
• Experience with AI-driven content creation for image and video generation
