Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Spearhead brand community expansion and product communication through social media and influencer relations
• Act as the primary point of contact for social media agencies to ensure alignment with brand KPIs
• Oversee social media campaigns aimed at increasing engagement and scaling the global follower base
• Build and manage active community platforms for players, including Reddit and Discord
• Develop high-impact featuring decks and pitch materials to drive game promotions and platform visibility
• Identify and manage influencer partnerships to drive authentic brand awareness and content co-creation
• Execute organic growth levers and monitor retention tactics to increase user lifetime value (LTV)
• Synthesize community feedback and sentiment analysis into actionable reports for product and leadership teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Consumer Tech, Gaming, Entertainment, or E-commerce/D2C
• Mastery of social media and community management with a track record of boosting brand awareness
• Experience managing influencer partnerships and content co-creation
• Strong understanding of organic growth levers and user retention tactics
• Proficiency in creating professional promotional decks and high-stakes presentation materials
• Highly energetic, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge and exposure to AI tools for video production and content automation
• Experience managing marketing campaigns or influencer relations on a global scale
• Experience creating affiliate programs with creators
