Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies. We hire people with high agency and high urgency who own problems end to end.
Responsibilities
- Drive net new leads for Ramp with an emphasis on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Top-of-Funnel demand generation.
- Own the feedback loop for testing new copy, imagery, layouts, and engagement mechanisms on the website.
- Leverage web analytics tools to monitor performance and uncover trends.
- Build AI-powered workflows to improve experimentation and reporting efficiency.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates and user engagement.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in growth, product management, product marketing, or an adjacent field.
- Ability to dissect complex problems and drive solutions with high autonomy.
- Proficiency in data analytics with the ability to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
- High level of resourcefulness and a track record of being a fast learner.
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate and improve work output.
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL proficiency.
- Experience owning a pipeline, revenue, or specific metric goals.
- Experience with no-code or low-code tools such as Zapier, Webflow, or Retool.
