About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned law firm clients
- Build trusted relationships with managing partners and executive stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for budget increases and market expansions
- Develop and execute account growth and retention strategies
- Monitor account health and proactively identify potential churn risks
- Interpret performance data to provide actionable recommendations
- Partner with internal operations, marketing, and data analytics teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of Account Management, Client Success, or Sales experience
- Experience managing executive-level client relationships
- Proven ability to grow and retain high-value client accounts
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with law firms or legal services
- Experience managing recurring revenue accounts
- CRM experience
- Experience conducting executive business reviews
