- Own high-stakes relationships and advise top recruiters on growth strategy and operational excellence
- Scale the supply engine by identifying bottlenecks from onboarding to retention and designing performance systems
- Run marketplace experiments including incentive programs, workflows, and automations to improve liquidity
- Bridge operations and product by translating daily insights into internal tools and product improvements
Requirements
- 4 - 8 years of experience in account management or startup operations
- Experience in customer-facing post-sales or operations roles
- Experience owning a revenue target
- Early stage startup experience (Series A to pre-IPO)
- Top university or top GPA
