Growth Manager, Organic

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scalable content systems and teams to amplify the Leland brand
• Own and >10x existing social growth channels leveraging AI, tools, and contractors
• Identify and experiment with new social growth channels, content types, and viral loops
• Dive deep into platform ecosystems and algorithms to determine winning strategies
• Leverage data to measure results, learn quickly, and iterate on effective tactics
• Work cross-functionally across growth, product, and operations teams
• Help craft Leland's brand, voice, and reputation online

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, content, growth, consulting, or strategy
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms and organic distribution
• Data-driven approach to content and performance measurement
• Rigorous testing mentality with a hypothesis-driven approach
• High-agency ownership and accountability for outcomes
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
