Growth Manager (Monetization)

About the Company

SKELAR is a venture builder that creates consumer businesses in global markets like EdTech, Mental Health, and FashionTech. Dressly is one of their high-growth ventures, using AI technologies to transform the fashion industry through personalized solutions. Having grown 4x in the last six months, Dressly is looking for a Growth Manager to drive monetization from hypothesis to scale.

Responsibilities

• Generate and validate hypotheses regarding pricing strategies, upselling, and bundling based on user behavior.
• Design and launch structured experiments for price models, regional market entry, and willingness to pay.
• Analyze and test digital and physical upsell mechanics, from offer design to placement and conversion.
• Build new monetization approaches within funnels to improve conversion for offers, checkouts, and upsells.
• Monitor market and competitors to identify non-standard growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or Monetization Manager.
• Strong proficiency in analytics, metrics, and hypothesis testing through experimentation.
• Practical experience with A/B testing, user research, and competitive analysis.
• Proven track record of managing the full cycle of hypotheses from generation to statistically significant results.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and marketing teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
