About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day relationships across a high-volume portfolio of mid-market and SMB accounts
  • Lead client meetings, business reviews, and multi-stakeholder communications
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive upsell, cross-sell, and incremental revenue
  • Monitor client utilization of Moloco's DSP and provide actionable optimization recommendations
  • Partner with Sales, Implementation, Data Science, and Operations to drive account outcomes
  • Relay market and client feedback to Product, DS, and Engineering teams

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in account management or growth, ideally in programmatic marketing, mobile advertising, or ad tech
  • Proven track record managing and growing advertiser accounts
  • Familiarity with big data, MMPs, the mobile app ecosystem, and ad tech platforms
  • Native or fluent Japanese
  • Business-level English
  • Strong commercial instincts and data storytelling skills
