Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Create compelling content across multiple formats including website copy, blog posts, emails, and social media using AI tools
• Build and manage digital presence across website, social media, and email channels
• Design and produce collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, and newsletters
• Coordinate and execute growth programs including webinars, executive dinners, and industry events
• Partner with Sales, Post-Sales, and Product to develop materials that support the deal cycle
• Establish metrics to measure growth effectiveness and optimize based on data
• Develop and execute growth strategy including positioning, messaging, and channel strategy
• Manage relationships with external agencies and contractors

Requirements

• 2+ years of growth, content, or demand generation experience
• Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial services preferred
• Strong content creation skills with ability to translate technical concepts into messaging
• Fluency with AI tools for workflow optimization
• Experience with digital channels and automation tools
• Data-driven approach using analytics to improve programs
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams
• High attention to detail and creative eye for design
