Responsibilities

• Produce a high volume of ad creatives (video, static, playable concepts) using AI tools like Scenario, Midjourney, Runway and CapCut
• Test creatives, read the results, and iterate fast to bring the CPI down
• Own ASO across the App Store: keywords, screenshots, and continuous iteration
• Watch the market and competitors to feed fresh creative angles
• Support and progressively take ownership of daily UA monitoring (AppLovin, Meta)
• Work hand-in-hand with the founder to level up on UA economics

Requirements

• Marketing mindset paired with creative execution skills
• Experience creating content independently (e.g., faceless pages, UGC, or AI experiments)
• Proficiency with AI creative tools or ability to learn them rapidly
• Analytical curiosity regarding creative conversion rates
• High energy and ownership with a focus on rapid iteration
• Fluent English
