About the role
Responsibilities
- Assume ownership of the product P&L, including growth, margin, and EBITDA
- Develop growth strategies for active base, engagement, and churn reduction across the full funnel
- Build acquisition channels beyond traditional sales, including digital, CRM, self-serve, and partnerships
- Develop product integration strategies within the iFood Pago ecosystem to enhance partner value propositions
- Lead performance analysis to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven tactical and strategic initiatives
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams including product, data, pricing, and commercial to ensure execution speed
- Lead a team of analysts, ensuring clear direction and a high-performance environment
Requirements
- Proven resilience in competitive, high-pressure environments
- Ecosystem vision with an understanding of financial product integration
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and growth focus
- Strong execution capability and hands-on approach
- Experience managing product P&L, including revenue drivers, margins, and breakeven trajectories
- Strong analytical profile with the ability to transform data into clear decisions
- Ability to build acquisition channels beyond traditional sales forces
- Experience in fintechs, acquirers, or financial services companies is a plus
