Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and track the full growth funnel from install through activation, retention, and monetization
• Build and manage CRM and lifecycle programs to drive repeat engagement
• Run a structured experimentation roadmap including A/B tests across channels and creative
• Collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to improve onboarding and commerce experience
• Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across paid channels to hit install and cost targets
• Manage performance marketing day-to-day including budgets, bidding, and channel mix to improve CAC and ROAS
• Partner with platform contacts to unlock new growth levers in the Japan market

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in growth, user acquisition, performance marketing, or CRM/lifecycle
• Experience with consumer apps or digital products in Japan
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in funnel metrics, cohort analysis, CAC/LTV, and attribution
• Experience with CRM, lifecycle, or marketing-automation tools
• Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition budgets and targets
• Business-level Japanese and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience growing mobile consumer apps at scale (millions of users)
• Familiarity with mobile measurement and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Firebase, or GA4
• Experience with Apple Search Ads, ASO, or Android/iOS acquisition in Japan
• Exposure to e-commerce or transaction-driven growth
