Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies to drive lead generation and product sales
• Strategically plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads
• Manage and forecast monthly and quarterly ad budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency
• Partner with content and design teams to ideate high-converting ad copies and landing page designs
• Lead continuous A/B testing across creatives, copy, and audience segments to improve CTR and CVR
• Analyze performance data daily to uncover insights and optimize campaigns for scale
• Own tracking, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization across the customer journey
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to report on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and pipeline metrics
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Content teams to align messaging with business goals

Requirements

• 7+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media
• Expert-level proficiency in managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Bing Ads
• Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Deep understanding of web analytics and data visualization tools
• Exceptional analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical field
