Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Coram growth engine across conventional channels and digital experiments
• Work with the engineering team to automate lead gen workflows and build custom GTM tools
• Develop structured GTM playbooks for core industries like Warehousing, Education, and Manufacturing
• Own full funnel execution by focusing on data from first touchpoint to closed-won

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation
• Advanced degree from a reputable organization in a relevant field
• Experience writing high-converting copy for technical and operational stakeholders
• Proficiency using LLMs and automation tools to drive productivity
• Proven experience operating in high-agency, 0 → 1 environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work in an onsite environment in Bangalore
