Bambuser is reshaping commerce through Video Commerce. We help over 250 of the world’s most iconic brands, including LVMH, Audi, and Sephora, adapt to the new way people want to shop online through interactive video experiences.
Responsibilities
- Discover, test, and validate growth strategies and funnels to drive revenue across self-serve and enterprise motions
- Design, prioritize, and execute growth experiments across product, marketing, lifecycle, and acquisition
- Experiment with SEO/GEO content, paid/organic acquisition, partnerships, and onboarding
- Define hypotheses, success metrics, and economic thresholds for every experiment
- Set up automation and tracking tools to achieve an efficient growth system
- Test landing page variations, conversion paths, and "Book a Demo" flows
- Write and test conversion-focused copy for landing pages, emails, and ads
- Build dashboards and report on growth KPIs including CAC, demo booking rate, and activation
Requirements
- 3-7 years in Growth, Demand Generation, or Product Growth at B2B SaaS companies
- Proven track record of discovering and validating new channels and strategies
- Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to ship tests quickly and measure results
- Technical proficiency in HTML/CSS, GTM, landing page builders, and tool integrations
- Analytical rigor with experience instrumenting funnels and building dashboards
- Hands-on copywriting skills for conversion-focused messaging
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, and enrichment tools
- Experience in lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, high-growth environment
