Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Map, prioritize, and lead the implementation of growth loops to identify scalable acquisition mechanisms
• Explore and develop alternative media channels beyond traditional paid media
• Coordinate funnel optimization experiments including A/B testing and claim variations
• Interface between Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams to integrate experiments with funnel goals
• Build prioritization frameworks and report data-driven results to leadership
• Identify funnel bottlenecks and propose structured initiatives to reduce drop-off rates

Requirements

• Previous experience in growth, performance media, or B2B demand generation
• Solid analytical reasoning with comfort in funnel data and hypothesis construction
• Autonomy to propose and lead initiatives with low operational direction
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills
• Experience in iterative testing and learning environments
• People management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B with long sales cycles or the education market
• Multi-brand management experience
• Experience with attribution models and incrementality
