Responsibilities
- Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end, driving revenue growth and top-line ownership.
- Tune internal ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS using tools like Hex, Amplitude, and Looker Studio.
- Develop proactive account instincts to spot issues, push budget increases, and manage geo expansions.
- Bridge commercial and technical teams by debugging partner issues and coordinating with engineering.
- Contribute to the company playbook by documenting process improvements.
Requirements
- Professional experience with a proven ability to work independently.
- Ability to interpret data and tell stories through numbers.
- Comfortable communicating both commercially with advertisers and technically with algorithm teams.
- High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to move fast in a high-intensity environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to performance marketing metrics like ROAS, LTV, retention, or ARPU.
- Experience managing advertiser or partner accounts in performance marketing or mobile gaming UA.
- Familiarity with tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
- Background in top-tier consulting (MBB) or high-growth scale-ups.
- Experience using Hex or working within rewarded UA platforms.
