Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the growth dashboard and business reviews, partnering with regional commercial teams to drive clarity and action.
• Map regional growth levers by defining ICP, value propositions, and success metrics for self-serve and product adoption journeys.
• Conduct customer segmentation and ICP analysis in collaboration with Revenue Strategy & Operations and Marketing teams.
• Monitor the regional competitor landscape and convert insights into actionable adaptations for campaigns and lifecycle messaging.

Requirements

• 6 to 9+ years of experience in corporate or revenue/sales strategy, operations, or a commercially focused role.
• Proven ability to identify and execute on strategic opportunities and process improvements.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience driving projects independently while navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders across various teams.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, such as a startup or scale-up.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or within the fintech industry.
• Experience leading value-based transformations within growth work streams.
