Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Own growth metrics and weekly business reviews, including tracking KPIs and spotlighting key drivers.
• Partner with Data Science to evolve Customer 360 data features and build customer intelligence models (e.g., GP prediction, reward intent).
• Lead customer segmentation and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) modeling efforts.
• Translate deep-dive analytics into actionable growth plays across the funnel, cohorts, retention, and LTV/CAC.
• Transform deep analytics into high-conviction decisions and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth businesses focusing on growth acceleration, GTM, sales operations, or business development.
• Proven exposure to revenue or sales operations within a B2B environment.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and a deep understanding of the growth funnel and customer journey.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior executives.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in top-tier management consulting, fintech, or a dedicated growth function within a startup.
• Demonstrated experience running hypothesis-driven experiments to improve revenue or GTM efficiency.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics, financial modeling, and campaign performance monitoring.
• Experience partnering with data science teams on machine learning or advanced analytics workstreams.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
