Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the growth dashboard and business reviews, partnering with regional commercial teams to drive clarity and action
• Map regional growth levers by defining ICP, value propositions, and success metrics for self-serve and product adoption journeys
• Run customer segmentation and ICP analysis in collaboration with Revenue Strategy & Operations and Marketing teams
• Track the regional competitor landscape and convert insights into concrete adaptations for campaigns and lifecycle messaging

Requirements

• 6 to 9+ years of experience in corporate or revenue/sales strategy, operations, or a commercially focused role
• Proven ability to identify and execute on strategic opportunities and process improvements
• Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Experience driving projects independently while navigating ambiguity in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or fintech company
• Experience running value-based transformations within growth work streams
