Responsibilities
- Own the customer journey from consideration to checkout, turning prospective customers into activated users and subscribers.
- Build and optimize lifecycle journeys including onboarding, activation, free-to-paid conversion, upsells, and win-backs.
- Manage the promotional and engagement calendar to drive product usage.
- Reduce churn by recovering failed payments and saving at-risk subscribers.
- Develop behavioral segmentation frameworks to drive automated, triggered journeys.
Requirements
- A few years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
- Experience with subscription or consumer products.
- Strong focus on metrics like retention, churn, LTV, and free-to-paid conversion.
- Ability to execute end-to-end from data analysis to shipping journeys.
