Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Formulate regional growth strategies for emerging markets including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America
• Build and manage an overseas growth team from 0 to 1
• Oversee digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and local platforms
• Implement SEO, SEM, and GEO tools to optimize advertising strategies
• Build a cross-regional data monitoring system to analyze CAC, retention, and monetization
• Ensure compliance with regional data privacy and advertising regulations
• Collaborate with product and R&D teams to align growth strategies with product functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluent English for professional communication and documentation
• Proven experience in C-end APP overseas promotion from 0 to 1
• Experience building and managing overseas growth teams
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, and GEO
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Knowledge of emerging markets (Southeast Asia, Middle East, or South America) preferred
