About the Company

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies. We hire people with high agency and high urgency to build systems that shape how companies manage billions.

Responsibilities

• Own the international SQL number for Europe, LATAM, and Canada
• Direct channel owners (paid, SEO/AEO, lifecycle, partner, field) on international execution
• Audit the funnel, run experiments, and scale successful marketing channels
• Act as the international voice within Ramp, coordinating with product, payments, compliance, and sales
• Build the international growth playbook from scratch

Requirements

• Experience in growth, marketing, or GTM at a B2B fintech, SaaS, or marketplace
• Based in London with familiarity with UK business culture
• Track record of driving pipeline growth across multiple international markets
• Strong business acumen including funnel math and unit economics
• Founder-mode mentality with a track record of building independently
• Demonstrable AI fluency in professional workflows
• Excellent cross-functional influence skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching or scaling a US-headquartered product internationally
• Background in regulated financial products (cards, payments, lending, treasury)
• Experience with AEO and programmatic SEO
• Experience building or hiring the first growth function in a new region
