At Picnic, we’re reinventing the way employees experience lunch at work. By partnering with top local restaurants and batching hundreds of orders, we make it easy for companies to offer high-quality, individually packed meals, without fees or tips.
Responsibilities
- Map and prioritize office opportunities across the city, tracking building types and decision maker access
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery and pitch to signature and onboarding
- Drive expansion within existing accounts by identifying additional offices or dining slots
- Partner with the central restaurant team on cuisine selection based on local demand signals
- Plan and run grassroots marketing including flyering, pop-ups, and office samplings
- Capture competitor moves and building trends to inform HQ decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years in growth, sales, business development, or account expansion
- Bachelor's degree from a top university
- Proven ability to manage the full sales motion from meeting to close
- Strong communication skills for interacting with executives and building managers
- Highly organized with ability to manage a pipeline and field visits simultaneously
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and basic funnel metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at an early-stage startup
- Background in food, hospitality, real estate, or local community ecosystems
- Experience working alongside or managing SDRs
- Event planning or grassroots marketing experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools
