Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive growth strategy across automated outbound, website conversion, SEO, paid marketing, and affiliates
• Own core growth metrics and build end-to-end tracking and attribution systems
• Design, execute, and analyze a high volume of growth experiments
• Scale validated experiments into repeatable, automated, and durable growth engines
• Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, product, sales, and operations
• Solve abstract distribution challenges and explore new acquisition models

Requirements

• 2+ years in a growth function with a track record of owning outcomes
• Proficiency with GTM execution tools such as HubSpot, Unify, or Clay
• High bias for action and ability to ship scrappy versions quickly
• Highly creative, outcome-driven, and resilient to experimental failure
• Ability to operate at high intensity (50–60 hour weeks) in an in-office environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming or technical ability to build custom growth tooling
