Responsibilities

• Own pipeline targets and build end-to-end tracking and attribution
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic
• Design and measure out-of-home (OOH) campaigns like billboards and transit
• Lead field marketing and event strategy, including industry conferences and roadshows
• Design email and lifecycle nurture programs to convert and re-engage demand
• Execute and analyze a high volume of growth experiments with speed and rigor
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets
• Experience with field/event marketing or out-of-home campaigns
• Proficiency with GTM and marketing tools like HubSpot, Clay, or Unify
• Ability to operate at high intensity (50–60 hour weeks) in an in-office environment
• Strong bias for action and outcome-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming or technical ability to build custom growth tooling
• Experience scaling automated, durable growth engines
