Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Own growth across markets, including targets, budget, levers, and results
• Design and test new GTM motions, including the entire activation media mix
• Build repeatable campaign playbooks for product launches and feature releases
• Partner with engineering and onboarding teams to improve conversion funnels and maximize user activation
• Work closely with the team and CEO to make investment decisions balancing growth speed and long-term profitability

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in growth or marketing
• A proven track record of owning and delivering measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to run and evaluate experiments across multiple channels (referral programs, outbound, content, etc.)
• Ability to move quickly, find shortcuts, and go to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
• A desire to work in person at our NYC office in Flatiron
