Growth Lead, Franchises

Responsibilities

• Figure out the franchise motion (0 → 1) by understanding buying behaviors and identifying high-potential segments
• Run fast growth experiments across channels including events, outbound, partnerships, content, and paid
• Test different GTM motions such as corporate deals, multi-location bundles, and pilot programs
• Talk directly to franchise owners, operators, and corporate teams to understand operational pain points
• Execute end-to-end tasks including building landing pages, writing emails, and running outreach
• Own the pipeline by generating qualified opportunities and partnering with Sales to refine positioning
• Identify and engage franchise ecosystems like POS systems and associations

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, banking, startups, GTM roles, or similar
• Strong business judgment and ability to own ambiguous problems
• Ability to work hands-on (running experiments, launching campaigns) rather than just designing strategy
• Comfortable navigating messy, multi-stakeholder environments
• Analytical mindset to use data to guide decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent experience
• Exposure to SMBs, multi-location businesses, or operations-heavy industries
