Growth Lead - CRM & Lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle stack end to end, including tooling, segmentation, triggers, and cadences
• Design candidate onboarding journeys to drive faster activation
• Turn behavioral signals into personalized user journeys
• Educate users on the product through consistent communication
• Own reactivation as a core metric through automated sequences
• Build the reporting layer from the ground up to make lifecycle performance legible
• Run constant experimentation and testing to optimize growth
• Partner with product and engineering to integrate lifecycle work into the product

Requirements

• Experience standing up lifecycle or CRM functions from scratch
• Background in consumer tech or software businesses
• Focus on growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion) rather than just marketing metrics
• Highly technical, analytical, and commercial mindset
• Experience working in early-stage, fast-moving companies
• AI fluency and experience using agents for productivity
• Strong product instincts and attention to craft
