Responsibilities

• Own SEO / AEO Strategy and Execution to improve organic search and AI discovery
• Run experiments across the growth stack including campaigns, partnerships, and landing pages
• Build community and events such as dinners, roundtables, and micro-communities
• Create compelling content including case studies, newsletters, and social content
• Develop Concourse’s brand and narrative regarding AI agents in finance
• Partner with sales and product teams to design activation flows and improve conversion

Requirements

• 4+ years in growth, marketing, product marketing, or GTM roles at fast-moving startups
• Strong experience running experiments and optimizing funnels
• Excellent storytelling and ability to distill complex concepts
• Proficiency in SEO, AEO, content, and organic acquisition strategies
• Comfortable with technical and AI tools and automation
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or selling to finance audiences
• Experience launching 0 to 1 growth motions or self-serve flows
